• Antique Cast Iron Spiral Staircase
• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 13 steps have a rise of 7¾" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 24"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 48"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• Once installed the whole unit will need a quick rub down before it is undercoated then top coated in your choice of colour
• The spiral is only supported by wood as we have temporarily assembled it for the photographs
• The spiral is now taken down, the steps, spindles and central pole and the handrail which is in 3 parts that are bolted together once in position.
