• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 10 steps and top platform each have a rise of 8" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are included (except for fitting to floor and wall)
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• The platform size is 60" x 40"
• Once installed the whole unit will need a quick rub down before it is undercoated then top coated in your choice of colour
