• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 13 steps have a rise of 8" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts
• There is a small handrail and spindles that are shown in the images below for use at the top of the stairs
