- This is an excellent item Circa 1870
- Hilliers who made this were appointed by the Queen
- This is made of solid copper
- This was originally used for making cheese
- Today they make excellent indoor or outdoor planters
- This would suit a nice fig tree or a palm tree
- There are odd nicks and small splits in this planter, but they do not effect its suitbality as a planter
- The planter measures 48" wide x 25" tall
- The maker is A Hillier Ridgeway Nr Frome in Somerset
