• This is an excellent item Circa 1870
• Hilliers who made this were appointed by the Queen
• This is made of solid copper
• This was originally used for making cheese
• Today they make excellent indoor or outdoor planters
• This would suit a nice fig tree or a palm tree
• There are odd nicks and small splits in this planter, but they do not effect its suitbality as a planter
• The planter measures 48" wide x 25" tall
• The maker is A Hillier Ridgeway Nr Frome in Somerset
