Antique Georgian Reclaimed Pine Floorboards

• You are buying 1 square yard for the advertised price
• Original Georgian Floorboards reclaimed from a Manor House Nr Broadway in the North Cotswolds, the property was demolished just over 10yrs ago - the boards have been in dry storage eversince - we are now able to offer these exceptional boards for sale
• These are excellent and very rare boards - Circa 1790
• Some of the boards have shakes in them and they have loads of character
• There are old nail holes, knot holes and shakes in the timber - this is nearly 200yrs old
• The boards are approx 10" - 10¾" wide, the majority are 10½" we have a few at 9" or so as well. The boards are all around ¾" to ⅞" thick
• The boards all measure between 3ft and 12ft long with most around the 8 - 10ft
• For the advertised price you will receive the timber in the random lengths as it is on the racking
• We will measure and list each board individually so that you get the correct quantity
• There are a couple of splashes of paint and the odd bit of floor varnish in some places, after all this is what you would expect for boards of this age
• We can arrange for our driver to show you several boards - there would be a small charge for this but this would be discounted if a purchase is made
