• Excellent item
• One of two similar items that we purchased together from East Sussex
• The overall height is 44" - the base is 13" x 18"
• The statue was made by Miroy Freres of Paris Circa 1860
• The statue is made of cast Zinc
• This is a very rare item in such very good condition
• The statue is suitable for indoor or outdoor use
• There are old repairs and some small faults - but these just add to it's character
• We have had several items similar to this and although the makers plaque is missing - it would normally of been fitted to the base and on this item the base has been repaired where the label would of been, we are confident knowing it's history - it came to use with a similar figure that is clearly marked and the quality is as good as it should be
