• The components are cast in solid brass, and then nickel plated.
• The spring is in tempered steel.
• The pull disc on the handle is made of crackled porcelain.
• To remove the difficult task of chasing out brickwork the dish sits ‘inside’ a solid teak back plate.
• The bell pull measures 157mm height x 157mm width, Projection when fitted is 57mm.
• Projection into the brickwork is 132mm.
• The character head was produced using the lost wax process to retain the fine detail.
• The head itself is a caricature of an Edwardian Lady.
• The bell is mounted on a seasoned oak back plate.
• Best of all is the lovely tone of the bell, from this specially cast bell you will hear four diminishing rings after one pull on the handle
