• All new roof fitted last year, original roof boards still fitted as you look up from the inside.
• The rotating components are all working well and the timber has been treated and is in excellent condition.
• Painted in French Grey, this now needs a rub down and fresh coat of paint, this is best done when it is in position.
• The inside is painted in a clean white finish.
• The maximum sizes of the roof is 3.2m x 2.3m x 2.4m Tall, which means it can normally be fitted without planning permission.
• It has a working lock and two keys.
• Excellent and rare item ready to go.
• We have fitted new fixings so that it comes apart easily and we offer a UK mainland fitting service - please enquire for a quote for this.
• There are two pieces of glass which have cracks in, please see photos.
