• This is made of cast iron.
• 16 steps.
• Floor to floor measures: 132"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The handrail attaches by pins in the spindles, you will need to then spot weld in place.
• Also you can choose to weld a scroll onto the handrail if you wish - Please see photo showing with a orange arrow.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 21 ¾".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 43 ½".
• The centre pole measures: 141 ¼" Long.
• Reclaimed from a private property in London.
