• We salvaged the cast iron spiral staircase from a Private House in York
• The 15 steps have a rise of 7⅝" each
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• This spiral will not need a lot of preperation before it is repainted
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 23½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 47"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
