  • We salvaged the cast iron spiral staircase from a Private House in Chesterfield
  • The 13 steps have a rise of 7" each
  • All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
  • All of the nuts and bolts are included
  • The handrail will need panning over with a hammer to secure it to the spindles
  • The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 27½"
  • This gives an overall maximum diameter of 55"
  • The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
  • The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
