  The zinc top unit is all handmade here at UKAA by our experienced joiners
  Our current lead time is approximately 3 weeks.
• This particular matt zinc top unit has the specifications: 230cm Long x 62.5cm Deep x 95cm Tall, 4cm thick top, square corners, top sits flush on the left side and rear and 5cm overhang on the front and right side,1 x pine slatted shelf, 1 x sink cut out (sink supplied by customer), 1 x hob cut out, with a hand painted base with Farrow & Ball - All White.
• For the same price you can have the base waxed in a colour of your choice.
• With a waxed finish we will give you a tin of wax and a mutton polishing cloth.
• Our bespoke zinc tops and bases are all handmade and built to your specifications here at UKAA by our experienced team of carpenters.
• However for an additional cost we have a wide range of options available i.e. drawers, base styles or you design it and we will make it.
