• This is made of cast iron.
• The 10 steps have a rise of 8 ½" and the landing plate is 8 ¼".
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ¾".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53 ½".
• The center pole measures: 132" Long.
• The landing plate measures: 30" x 29".

• Reclaimed from Atherstone in Warwickshire.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
