• This is made of cast iron.
• The 13 steps have a rise of 7 ¾".
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The steps have wooden panels - You could replace these with glass, metal or re paint them in another colour.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 30".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 60".
• The center pole measures: 101" Long plus 43". (Two seperate pieces)
• The balcony measures: 38" Tall x 34" Square.
• Made by Safety Stairways.
• Reclaimed from Oxfordshire.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in it's component parts.
