• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53"
• The cast iron balcony rails measure: 59" Long x 35 ½" Wide x 37 ½" Tall & 23 ½" Long x 37 ½" Tall
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
