• This is a lovely ornate reclaimed Cast Iron Spiral Staircase with 14 steps,13 cast iron spindles and cast iron landing
• The overall height from bottom step to top step is 108 ¾"
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 23 ¼"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 46 ½"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts - see the images below
