• This is a fantastic example of a totally Original GR Cast Iron pillar box that has been fully refurbished by UKAA here in Cannock Wood, Staffordshire
• Complete with original working chubb lock & key and mail shoot.
• The GR and Post Office letters have been hand painted in the traditional gold paint as shown in the photographs below
• Circa 1915
• This Pillar Box was made by Mc Dowall Steven & Co Ltd - London & Glasgow
• The Pillar Box measures 84" Tall, of which 24" goes into the ground
• The main body diameter is approx 15"
