• This is made of cast iron.
• The 14 steps have a rise of 7 ¾".
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 23 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 47".
• The center pole measures: 141" Long plus decorative cap = 3 ½".
• The landing plate measures: 24" x 23".
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in it's component parts
