• This is made of cast iron.
• The 15 steps have a rise of 8 ¼".
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53".
• The center pole measures: 125" Long plus 42 ½". (Two seperate pieces)
• The two balcony's measure: 38 ½" Tall - 28 ½" Long and 54" Long.
• Made by Safety Stairways.
• Reclaimed from London.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
