• This is a lovely reclaimed Cast Iron Spiral Staircase with 12 steps
• The overall height from bottom step to the top of the top step is 99"(approx)
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ¾"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53 ½"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts - see the images below
