• This is made of cast iron
• The 13 steps have a rise of 215mm each (the top landing step is 205mm)
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 21"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 42"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• This was reclaimed from Stratford on Avon
• The distance between the upright spindles is 9cm
• Included is the two top handrail / balconies as shown below
