• This is a lovely ornate reclaimed Cast Iron Spiral Staircase with 15 steps which includes a landing with spindles and 2 x railings
• The overall height from bottom step to top step is 120"
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53"
• The Landing spindles height is 36" - The railings measure 90" Long, 110" Long x 40" Tall
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts - see the images below
