• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 10 steps have a rise of 7 ½" each and the landing plate measures 7 ¾
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 21"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 42"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
