• This is made of Cast Iron
• The 15 steps have a rise of 8 ¼" and the landing platform measures 8 ½" Tall
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 52"
• There are two balcony rails which measure: 48" Long and 32" Long
• There is an optional spindle to put in if you wish - See photos below
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
