• This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
• The steps measures: 8" Tall (Each).
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 21".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 42".
• The pole measures: 142" Long (including ball finial).
• Balcony measures: 37 ½" Tall.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from a private property in Bristol.
