• This is a fantastic decorative 13 Step cast iron spiral staircase with leaf design spindles
• The overall height from bottom step to top step is 107 ¼"
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 27 ½"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 55"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts - see the images below
• Please note the spindles slot into the cast iron steps and would require a suitable bonding agent such as Gripfil to secure them
• There are 9 leaves missing from the spindles as shown below, however when put together they are not noticeable in our opinion
