• Genuine Reclaimed Decorative Curzons Cast Metal Spiral Staircase
• This is made of cast alloy by Jay Curzons which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
• There are 13 steps including landing plate.
• Floor to floor measures: 107 ¼" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 25".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 50".
• The pole measures: 144" Long including ball finial.
• The balcony railing measures: 35 ½" Tall.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from a private property in London.
