• Made of cast iron.
• The steps measures: 8 ¼" Tall (Each).
• 13 steps including landing step measure 107 ¼" floor to floor.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 30 ¼".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 60 ½".
• The landing plate measures: 73 ¼" Long x 41 ½" Wide.
• The centre pole measures: 148 ½" Overall.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
