• This has a fantastic industrial feel to it.
• Very unusual desgin in that the last two steps are straight.
• Made Of Cast Iron.
• 13 steps measure: 7 ¾" Tall (Each approx).
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 27".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 54".
• The center pole measures: 94" Tall (Excluding spindle which screws on top).
• Balcony rail measures: 38" Tall.
• Reclaimed from Essex.
• There are old repairs which have been done - however this spiral is structurally sound.
