• We salvaged the cast iron spiral staircase from Brighton
• The 14 steps have a rise of 8"
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• This spiral is currently painted black and is made by safety stairways
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 52" and it rises anti-clockwise
