• This is a genuine item circa 1880
• The 16 steps have a rise of 7⅝" (195mm)each
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 27"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 54"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
