• Large Reclaimed Cast Iron Spiral Staircase
• This is made of cast iron
• The 11 steps have a rise of 8⅜" each
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 36"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 6ft
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• This was reclaimed from Warwick
• The distance between the upright spindles is 3¼" and the hand rail height is 35¼"
• This is one of the widest spirals available, and the condition is very good. Once installed it will need just need repainting in your chosen colour
• The spiral is currently painted cream
