• This steps and top landing plate are made of cast iron, the frame work, handrail, spindles are steel.

• All new nuts and bolts are included.
• This is ready for assembly on site - with only a few things to do once in situ.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
