  Original VR Cast Iron Pillar Box
• This is a fully refurbished Victorian (VR) cast iron Pillar Box, painted in post office red with hand painted gold lettering
• Totally original pillar box and very rare to find - Circa 1880
• Complete with original enamel plaques, mail shoot and chubb lock with one working key
• The Pillar Box measures 72" Tall of which approx 18" goes into ground. The main body is 19" Wide.
• This VR Pillar Box is made by A.Handyside & Co Ltd, Derby and London
• We include some touch up paint
• Please note part of the bottom of the pillar box is cracked but is not structural as this part would be concreted into the ground - see the photographs for further detail
