• Worcester Cathedral Antique Gothic Oak Chairs.
• The chairs are Circa 1874.
• The chairs are 37" Tall x 17" Seat Width x 17" Seat Height.
• It is recorded that in 1874 some of the Cathedral chairs were stained dark, of which these are some.
• The architect for the cathedral was Sir George Gilbert Scott - it would of been part of his work for him to have an input in the design and manufacture of the chairs
• In the images you can see the chairs in situ.
• Our other advert shows some of the lighter coloured chairs.
• We originally purchased over 200 of these chairs from the Cathedral.
