• Pair of Victorian Cast Iron Lion & Unicorn Doorstop's/Fireside Accessories
• This is a fantastic high quality cast iron Unicorn & Lion which were used as fireside accessories but nowadays they are often used as a unique doorstop, representing the Scottish Unicorn as seen in the Royal Coat of Arms
• The cast iron Unicorn has had a support welded to the back to act as a 'Doorstop'
• The Lion has had a old repair - See picture below
• The design of this pair is attributed to John Crowley of Sheffield
• The Unicorn measures 25" Long x 17" Tall
• The Lion measures 26 ½" Long x 13 ¼" Tall
• Circa 1840
