• Reclaimed original cast iron spiral staircase
• We salvaged the cast iron spiral staircase from Winchester
• The 14 steps have a rise of 8"
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• This spiral is currently painted black
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 22"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 44"
• 14 steps x 8" per step = 112" (approx floor to floor) - this can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• This spiral is very old and has had lots of good repairs done to the steps over the years, it is structurally sound and fit for use.
