• Genuine antique Circa 1870
• Fully restored and ready to fit
• The surround measures 76" wide x 60" tall
• The mantel shelf is 10½" deep
• The insert opening is 46⅞" wide x 47¼" tall
• This is an excellent example of a reclaimed solid Oak fire surround
• The distance from outside of the leg to the outside of the leg is 70"
• The surround is one of three that were carefully removed from Massey Hall in Manchester when it was refurbished in 2007. It was a county school for many of it's latest years.
