• The 14 steps have a rise of 8⅛" each - 13 normal steps and 1 top step that is level with your top floor
• All of the nuts and bolts are fine and ready to fit
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 18"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 36"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral has been taken completely apart ready to be delivered in its component parts
