• White Cast Iron Spiral Staircase With Landing Plate
• This is made of cast iron.
• The 13 steps have a rise of 8".
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The steps have removable anti slip wooden panels - You could replace these with glass, metal or re paint them another colour.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53".
• The center pole measures: 108" Long plus 42 ½". (Two seperate pieces)
• The landing plate measures: 32" x 31 ½".
• Made by Safety Stairways.
• Reclaimed from Cheshire.
• There are old repairs on this staircase, however this does not effect the strength.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in it's component parts.
