• Reclaimed Green Cast Metal Spiral Staircase By Cottage Craft
• This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
• The first step is 7 ¾" tall and the 14 other steps have a rise of 8 ¼" each.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 33".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 66".
• The pole measures: 162 ½" Tall plus 3 ½" ball finial.
• Balcony measures: L shape - 30" and 20".
• Large landing plate with 7 x spindles.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from Yorkshire.
