• Reclaimed Decorative Cast Iron Spiral Staircase
• Made from Cast Iron, this has a very unusual decorative spindle design which we haven't seen before.
• There are 10 steps.
• Floor to floor measures: 80 ¾" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 24".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 48".
• The pole measures: 104" Long (including ball finial).
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• There are 10 extra spare spindles which can be used for balcony rails, they measure 32" Long.
• The first step has had on old repair which is super solid.
• Made by Hotchkiss Eastbourne.
• This was reclaimed from a private property in London.
