• The 14 steps including landing plate have a rise of 8" each.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 22 ½".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 45".
• Made by Hayward Brothers Union Street, London.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
