• This is made of cast alloy which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
• There are 14 ½ steps.
• Floor to floor measures: 117" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 28 ¾".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 57 ½".
• Pole length measures: 154".
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from a private property in Cheltenham.
