• Reclaimed Small Cast Metal Spiral Staircase & Landing
• This is made of cast alloy - which is structurally as sound as iron but easier to handle.
• The 8 steps have a rise of 8 ¾" each & the landing plate has a rise of 7 ¾".
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 28".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 56".
• The pole measures: 114" Tall.
• Balcony measures: 45" Long and the curve piece measures: 27" x 20" x 36" Tall.
• Landing plate measures: 59 ½" Long x 28 ¼" Deep (Max).
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts.
• This was reclaimed from West Yorkshire.
