Salvaged Cast Metal Spiral Staircase

• Reclaimed Cast Metal (an alloy) Spiral Staircase
• This is made of Cast Metal - an alloy as strong as Iron but lighter
• The 12 steps have a rise of 7¾" each
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 27"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 54"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• This was reclaimed from Henley on Thames
• This spiral is Circa 30yrs old
• The metal hand rail has a seperate plastic cover that is included and can be used if required
