• Tall Reclaimed Cast Iron Spiral Staircase with Top Rails
• This is made of cast iron
• The 14 steps have a rise of 8" each
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
• All of the nuts and bolts are included
• The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 21¾"
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 43½"
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
• The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
• This was reclaimed from Spalding in Lincolnshire
• The hand rail height is 34"
• There is a small amount of welding required to fix the hand rail on this spiral once it is in position - this is relatively easy as the handrail is made of steel
