- Very Large Copper Victorian Hanging Lantern - Circa 1840
- A very rare large Victorian hanging lantern made from solid copper with a lovely patina.
- There are six panes of glass in total and five copper air vents (4 side and 1 top)
- The front pane of glass is hinged to allow access to the centre of the antique lantern.
- This lantern is in need of minor refurbishment with some small splits at the joins of the copper, minor dents and a loose top as shown in the photographs below
- It comes complete with a bayonet bulb holder and its original hanging chain as shown in the pictures below.
- The Overall Height is 36" and is 24" Wide and Deep.
- We recommend this copper lantern is wired by a competant electrical engineer.
