• Possibly French of a young man well dressed in breeches, jacket and a floppy hat.
• The colour is a Portland stone which is a grey/white colour.
• The statue and plinth measures: 80" Tall x 19" Square Base.
• Excellent patina, mosses and lichens.
• The statue and the plinth are in four parts for ease of moving.
• We have reclaimed these items and many more similar to this from a large property in Cheshire.
• Chilstone ornaments are handmade by craftsmen in reconstituted stone by a special process developed over our long history to ensure a finished texture virtually indistinguishable from natural stone. The colour & texture is a close approximation to natural Portland stone and its composition encourages the spontaneous growth of mosses and lichens.
