• This is made of cast iron.
• The 1st step measures 7 ½" tall and the rest measure 8 ¾" Tall.
• All of the components are included as seen in the pictures.
• All of the nuts and bolts are included.
• The distance from the centre of the pole to the outside of the step is 30".
• This gives an overall maximum diameter of 65".
• The center pole measures: 125" Long.
• Curve balcony measures: 37" Tall x 65" Diameter.
• The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
